Definitions

Client – any person who registers for or uses services, educational materials, wellness supplies, or consultation facilitation through the Peptivex platform.

Healthcare Provider – a duly licensed physician or healthcare professional authorized to practice within their jurisdiction.

Consultation Services – teleconsultation or medical consultation services provided by licensed healthcare professionals. These services are not provided by Peptivex but by independent practitioners.

Wellness Supplies – wellness products, educational kits, and related materials available through the platform.

Services – the digital platform, educational materials, wellness supply access, and facilitation of connections between Clients and independent healthcare professionals.

Age Requirement

Clients must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Individuals under the age of 18 may only access services through a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on their behalf.

Medical Consultation

Peptivex may facilitate connections between Clients and licensed healthcare professionals.

However:

Peptivex does not provide medical consultations
Peptivex does not employ physicians
Healthcare professionals operate independently of Peptivex

Any medical advice, diagnosis, prescription, or treatment recommendation is the sole responsibility of the licensed healthcare professional providing the consultation.

No Medical Advice

All information, materials, educational content, and wellness guides provided by Peptivex are intended for informational and educational purposes only.

Privacy and Personal Information

To access certain services, Clients may be required to provide personal information such as name, contact information, delivery details, and health forms voluntarily submitted.

Payment

Clients agree to make all payments for any services, consultation facilitation, or wellness supplies purchased through the platform.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peptivex and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of products or violation of these Terms.

Force Majeure

Peptivex shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government restrictions, courier disruptions, system failures, or civil disturbances.

Termination of Service

Peptivex reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services if a client violates these Terms, provides false information, or engages in fraudulent activity.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Amendments

Peptivex reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

By using the Peptivex website, purchasing wellness supplies, or requesting consultation facilitation, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions
